How to Submit Your Poster

  • You must first register your place to attend the 3rd Structure-Based Drug Design Summit 
  • Submit an abstract for review to showcase your poster during the Scientific Poster Session 
  • You will be notified once your abstract has been accepted along with details of printing and size requirements. We do request an online PDF of the poster 2 weeks prior to the summit 
  • Scientific Poster Session: July 29, 2026 
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: July 10, 2026

  • Posters should not be used for sales and marketing purposes 
  • If your company offers pay-for services, you will need to submit your poster request to our partnerships team -sponsor@hansonwade.com 
  • All abstracts are subject to approval by the conference organizers, who reserve the right to reject submissions
