Hybrigenics

Hybrigenics Services provides fully synthetic single-domain antibody (VHH) discovery and validation using in vitro phage display without animal use. Our hs2dAb library encodes >3 × 10⁹ humanized llama VHHs optimized for stability, solubility, and developability. Using ~200 µg antigen, we deliver 4–20 validated clones in 2–3 months via multi-round selection and ELISA validation. Published applications include PPI inhibition, target neutralization, x-ray crystallography, tumor imaging, VHH-based TPD and preclinical engineering for prolonged serum half-life.
